What is Field to Fork?

Field to Fork is an exquisite culinary experience featuring a six-course meal prepared by six local chefs. All of the ingredients are locally sourced from farms in southern Illinois. The event also features live music, a silent auction, and live auction. All proceeds benefit HeartLands Conservancy.

Additional Information

Vegetarians must pre-register. Due to the last-minute nature of collecting the fresh produce and ingredients, we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies.

Dress code is business casual. No refunds.
