What is Field to Fork?

It is an exquisite culinary experience featuring a six-course meal prepared by six local chefs. All of the ingredients are locally sourced from farms in southern Illinois. The event also features live music from the Bon Bon Plot, emcee Mike Roberts (formerly of KSDK),  a silent auction, and live auction. All proceeds benefit open spaces and healthy community planning in southern Illinois.
